Virore Refund Policy
All sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless both parties agree to cancel the transaction or the Virore dispute resolution team determines that a refund is warranted.
If a buyer places an order with an influencer but fails to follow through with the transaction or wants a refund for reasons beyond Virore's control, such as a lack of preparation or organization, they may be charged a fee.
After an order is placed with an influencer on the influencer marketplace, the influencer must submit the specified work via the site in order to get payment. The buyer will have 48 hours following the submission of work to request a correction from the influencer or dispute the work with Virore before the order is automatically terminated and payment is made to the influencer. If the influencer (seller) provides the necessary deliverables for the purchase, the buyer may not be entitled to a refund. The Virore arbitration team handles all disagreements. The Virore arbitration team has the exclusive discretion over all dispute resolutions. Virore is not liable for any missing merchandise or cash. If you want to deliver something, such as a physical product, to an influencer in order to facilitate a cooperation, you are liable for all associated costs.
If a buyer or seller decides to communicate or do business outside of the site, Virore is not responsible for the order.
Virore has the right to return any money given to an influencer if we deem it necessary.
In the case that a product is supplied to an influencer but the task is not finished, the influencer will be held liable. Virore reserves the right to charge the influencer's credit card on file for the amount of the product's purchase if we deem it necessary.
